This is my 15th year in elected office, I attribute my success as a Commissioner to this experience, specifically understanding that civility is a requirement; the ability to get along and effectively communicate with your peers so you can collaborate, build consensus and accomplish the business of the City.

The City has a significant backlog of initiatives, I believe we need to spend the next 12 - 18 months focused on these initiatives and the inevitable demands of current events. Find my Vision here.

As mayor, I will be an objective and strong leader, requiring civility while working collaboratively with all fellow commissioners in the best interests of all stakeholders.

As Mayor, I would transition to a “cost-plus” rate structure for Water and Wastewater fees, so property owners pay the City’s actual cost to operate these utilities, plus a small administrative fee — not more. Click here for details.
